Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Elderly Owners, Hong Kong Housing Society BMGS provides financial assistance to elderly owner-occupiers to repair and maintain their buildings as well as to improve building safety. A maximum grant of HK$40,000 is available for each eligible elderly owner-occupier. The grant can also be used to repay the outstanding loan(s) with the Buildings Department (BD), the Housing Society or the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) in relation to building maintenance. |
